Today’s visit was excellent. We waited less than 10 minutes in the lobby, and the front desk staff were, as always, very friendly and welcoming. Our appointment was with Dr. Matthew Zook for the scheduled removal of a cyst above our three-year-old son’s eye. Both Dr. Zook and his assistant were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. This was my first visit at a dermatologist. The experience was so much better than I could have imagined. The physician assistant quickly put me at ease, her energy was warm and welcoming, her knowledge And ability to articulate in language that I can understand was exceptional. Under procedure was very quick. We’ve had a great experience at Academic Alliance in Dermatology in Largo. I brought my teenage daughter in, and she absolutely loves the office and the staff. Everyone is friendly, patient, and makes her feel comfortable, which is not always easy with teens. The team is professional, attentive, and takes the time to explain things clearly without rushing. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality dermatology care, especially for younger patients.

Zoe and the staff there are very professional and very knowledgeable about all the issues I had!! got 4 cut off and am working on getting the rest burned off!! Zoe makes you feel like it's no big deal she knows what she is doing!! I had a spot for 4 years and she said I have an aggressive carcinoma type of cancer and Zoe and the staff cut it out and got it all the very first time!!
