Highly recommend this service! Everyone from front desk to nursing to physician and all other support staff are friendly, professional, and do a great job. Easy to schedule. My husband and I go for annual checkups plus ongoing for additional issues. We both have had to have various issues addressed, either through merely freezing to excisions. All were done with great expertise and explanation. Have total confidence in Dr. Zook and all staff!
Had some troublesome spots appear on my face and arms. Made the appointment very quick and easy, called me back to a room before my actual appointment time. I was completely checked over from head to toe. The doc took care of places of concern and I was out of the office very quickly. Both of my kids have seen Gloria Lopez for different types of their skin conditions, each time we have been very pleased with Mrs. Lopez, as she is extremely knowledgeable in the dermatology field, super caring, taking the time to listen, and explaining the process clearly. As the parent, I enjoy the fact that she is bilingual. Being able to switch back and forth to our native language is even more convenient. I took my 9 year old daughter here for the first time this week. She had a foot wart and was very anxious/nervous about how it would go and if it would hurt. Nurse Gloria was wonderful! She was very patient, informative and very gentle. Her assistant was also so sweet and friendly. The office is clean and bright, the front office staff was pleasant to work with, we just had a wonderful experience in overall and will be back.
Felt very comfortable. Sam made feel completely at ease and Dr. Lopez was a true professional and talked me through everything she was doing. A great experience overall. Everyone at lunch at the same time from 1-2, so getting there 15 minutes early as asked was pointless.
