Scheduling the appointment was super quick and easy. As a new patient I anticipated it would be a few weeks wait to be seen but to my surprise they had availability as soon as a day ahead. I scheduled a skin check with Dr. Francis who ended up freezing a spot and sending another one to pathology. She took her time and genuinely listened to my concerns. Once Zoe left the last place she worked, I stopped going. It’s been three years, and I recently needed to see a dermatologist. To my surprise, I discovered that Academic Alliance in Dermatology has changed hands….and even better, Zoe has returned! The new space is beautiful, and Zoe is truly a gem. She’s warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. As a doctor of skin, she’s phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

Waited a hour past scheduled appointment. The nurse practioner spent 15 to 20 minutes with me. She talked so much I had to stop her to share my concerns. Needed a small cyst lance she said she already spent to much time with me. Schedule another appointment. Other then her everyone was awesome .

Excellent staff. From the moment I walked in everything was very organized. The doctor and assistant were professional but also made me feel very comfortable.

Great place! Very attentive, knowledgeable, patient and caring. Explained everything perfectly. Very clean, quiet and quick service. Staff were great as well. Definitely a place for me.
