Dr Klegon has been extremely helpful. I've had some issues (big ones) and been putting off dealing...and from my first session I felt he was getting right to the essence. So I'm stunned at some of the other reviews here. Is he warm and fuzzy? No. Is he smart and helpful? Yes.
Dr. Klegon is by far the worst psychiatrist I have ever had. After a year of putting up with his callous and unprofessional behavior, I finally switched to another psychiatrist. Best decision I ever made. I only regret that I didn't report him when I had the chance. I am a low-maintenance patient that understands that psychiatrists can typically only see you for 5 to 10 minutes, and I was appalled by his seeming resentment towards me whenever I dared to ask for help. I can guarantee that Dr. Kleagon has without a doubt harmed more patients than he doubtfully has helped. I wish I knew before hand,that during the most difficult time in my life, he was the last person I should have seen. Because he is a sole business owner, and his patients are there for mental health issues, his behavior goes unaddressed and perpetuates. Dr Kelgon needs to close his practice. He is rude. Money hungry. First thing he asks is if the person paid their co pay. Another thing is to ask in a low key way. But the way he does it , him screaming out of his office is inappropriate. He clearly doesn't care and is rude. He has changed or they've left 8 secretaries in the last 6 months! What?! Red flag red flag! Don't go here. Look somewhere else! Anywhere will be better than his office
Very unprofessional. Dr Klegon has hung up the phone on patients, relatives of patients, pharmacists, and more. He helps manage stress and anxiety in his patients? Yeah, right! Save your money, time, and frustration. Go somewhere else. Its time for Dr K to retire....
