AMAZING SERVICE!
ACC Medlink transported my 91 yo mother and me from Chicago to San Luis Obispo CA (2000+ miles). They were on time to pick us up and on time for delivery 36 hours later. The two drivers drove straight through with stops as needed only for food, fuel, and facilities. The third crew member, the caregiver, was very capable, professional, and kind to my mother. The van was easily large enough for all 5 of us to travel comfortably (the beds have very comfortable mattresses, too). Along with the office staff, EVERYONE at ACC Medlink was very helpful, friendly, competent, and accommodating. Everyone says it, but this company truly does put the customer first. ACC Medlink was the best part of a horrible situation we were dealing with with my mother. ACC Medlink offered a beacon of hope and they safely transported my mother from a horrible nursing facility in Atlanta to a nice place in Florida. I can't thank them enough for all the help and compassion they offered during this hard time.

The entire ACC Medlink team made transporting my grandmother the five hours from North Carolina to Virginia so easy. I was worried my grandmother would be uncomfortable for the long drive, but she ended up having a blast with Michael, Desmond, and Tim. I would definitely recommend them for any transport needs!

I cannot thank your service enough for the way in which you moved my wife from Florida to Massachusetts. The drivers were professional, courteous and reassuring. They arrived on time, made sure that she was totally comfortable with the entire process before leaving Florida. The nurse was warm and reassuring. When my wife arrived in Massachusetts, she was refreshed and comfortable. No "travel lag" whatsoever. It was as if the trip was a one hour transit to a favorite place rather than a 22 hour trip to begin rehabilitation.
