We are beyond grateful to have found ACC Medlink. Our mother broke her hip the day before she was relocating out-of-state. ACC saved the day, safely transporting both her and me from Nevada to Texas. Had we not discovered ACC, we would have been forced to remain in Nevada for two weeks while she rehabbed. Now she can recover with family.

I can't say enough outstanding things about the complete service from ACC Medlink. All of the scheduling staff were beyond wonderful. The vehicle crew were extremely polite, professional, caring, helpful, funny and excellent drivers. The 21-hour ride from Florida to Delaware with my 94-year-old mother on a stretcher went so well. Dinner and breakfast were great. I felt my husband was well cared for. Michael handled the situation of not having a facility to bring him to very well by having an ambulance meet us and take us to the hospital.

I was not there on transport day. My Mother was the kind who rode along with my Grandmother for the transport from Philadelphia to Virginia.
