I wanted to thank Deangelo Banks, medic , Kacey and Jared our drivers for getting my uncle safely from Washington DC to Seattle Washington. From the moment they arrived at the Rehab center , they were very nice and caring. My uncle had family there to say goodbye and FaceTime with his sons. These wonderful people brought my brother, who has dementia and has limited communication ability and uses a wheelchair, from Florida to New Jersey. He arrived safe and happy. I will always be grateful to them for taking such good care of him. I would never have been able to transport him without them. He is now in a Veterans Home 15 minutes from my home. ACC Medlink was exactly what our family needed in a time of critical care! Their website is very detailed and staff was extremely knowledgeable and easy to communicate with when making arrangements. They had all paperwork and contracts signed with us so no time was wasted, and the crew identified themselves ahead of transport and kept in touch with us regularly over the 20 hour drive. All crew members were fantastic. Very friendly and very professional. Not only on time, they were a little early and took the initiative to pack up my mother's personal belongings before I arrived. The trip was on schedule per original estimate. My father was a passenger to keep my mother company and also because he could sleep during the trip (he's 87). Hilda, Rich, and Manuel made an awesome team. Hilda, my husbands nurse was caring and attentive during the entire 15 hour trip. Every request was met by an immediate response; she went out of her way to make sure my husband was comfortable and all his needs were met. Hilda competently took care of our dinner orders and all restroom stops. Rich and Manuel were equally helpful at all times. They were both excellent drivers.
