I was extremely impressed with the care my brother received during his 15 hour transport from California to Idaho. Nurse Julie called me the day before transport to address any questions I had. My brother was traveling alone and I was apprehensive. She was very comforting. She kept me informed during the entire trip with texts and photos of my brother. They scheduled their trip to arrive at their destination at 10AM to accommodate the receiving facility. I couldnt be happier with the service we received.

I had to move my mother from Florida to New York. She was extremely ill and in a lot of pain. The thought of being in a medical transport for 18 hours under these circumstances filled me with dread. But, the nurse and drivers of this excellent crew alleviated my fears almost immediately.
