Fully professional operation, and I appreciate the flexibility and rearrangements when medical conditions warranted a last-minute revision. Excellent vehicle. Wish it had been a little less expensive, but this is a top-notch team from the phones through the execution. Precisely on-time in arrival at beginning and end.

Very professional. Also very gentle and compassionate! ACC Medlink transported a family member from Pennsylvania to Maine. Their service was great! They were very professional and courteous, and they knew exactly what they were doing. But, they were also very compassionate and understanding. They were very gentle with everything. I felt so reassured by them. The ride itself was very comfortable, and the whole move went very well! They are a good company!

They were fantastic! They were fabulous! I give ACC Medlink five-plus stars! I've already recommended them to several others with similar needs. My 98-year-old mom broke her femur and had to be transported from Arcadia, CA to the rehab facility in St. George, UT. She was confined to a bed and the whole ordeal had been just horrible. The coordinating and transportation staff was very professional and polite all the way through, we never had any concerns or worries with the care they were providing to our brother during the transportation. The drivers and the on-board nurse were great to work with and really provided a sense of care and comfort. I highly recommend their services and will share the feedback with others. Thanks, Alex
They did a great job! We had to move a family member 800 miles to a new nursing home, so we asked ACC Medlink to do this for us. They did a great job. Patrick, the driver, was a real road warrior, and made the trip with just one or two stops for food. Kim, the nurse, was most attentive. I was even able to get extra items of my family member into the van, and she tolerated the trip quite well. And, was fairly interactive during the trip. All in all, a very good experience!
Exemplary customer service! They care about the patient and they are great with the family! I hired ACC Medlink to transport my mother from Texas to Missouri. First of all, they were on time.
