I cannot begin to praise Kim and Patrick enough. My 98 yr. old Mom suffered a broken femur when we were on vacation in CA. We needed her to be transferred to a rehab facility in St. George, UT which was close to our home in Mesquite, NV. Kim was so sweet, kind, caring and made Mom so comfortable during the long 6 hour trip. Patrick's driving was fantastic. He got us there with no problems at all. He did great driving us there. I was so impressed with the ease of booking transportation for my parents. I had many questions and all were answered. The contract was easy to complete and my parents arrived safely and happily even though it was a 16 hour drive. They couldn't stop talking about how organized the ride was and how kind everyone was. Great Customer Service! ACC Medlink was wonderful. They moved my loved one from California to Alabama and did it perfectly. The crew who did the move were amazing. ACC made the move a piece of cake. ACC recently moved my mom, an immobile, non-communicative dementia patient overland from Tampa to Cincinnati. The trip took 15 hours, overnight. My brother accompanied her on the trip and advises that the staff was prompt, courteous, well trained gentile and professional throughout the adventure. The vehicle was clean, spacious and appropriately appointed for the task at hand. Would highly recommend.
Very Accomodating! I'd Highly recommend I recently needed medical transport to move my father from Pennsylvania to Ohio. ACC Medlink filled that need for me. They were very polite, They provided my father and me with everything we needed. The nurse and driver were very friendly. They were talkative and set me at ease on the long drive. I would highly recommend ACC Medlink for state-to-state medical transport.
The entire experience was exceptional. We needed a long distance medical transport unexpectedly and were trying to coordinate between a hospital discharge in one state and a transport to skilled nursing in another. Wonderful, did a Great Job! ACC Medlink did a fantastic job transporting my Mom. I could not have been more pleased. I talked to a number of ladies in their office and they were very informative and helpful. They emailed me any information I wanted. They were so easy to work with.
