We couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of your service, equipment and people. You moved my wife's 91-year old aunt from an assisted living/memory facility in OH to one run by the same company here in VA. Rather than being able to visit her once every 3- to 4-weeks, we now can see her 3-times a week. We highly recommend ACCMedlink to anyone anticipating the move of a loved one. Thank you.

Trip from Florida to Long Island NY was on time at both ends. The Medlink crew was very professioal and made my relatives feelt comfortable on the trip My ability to contact the office staff Before during and after the trip was outstanding. Potential issues on the receiving end could have delayed the trip if not for Medlink's understanding and compassion.
yes I signed a contract with a non refundable half pay. signed contract Wednesday afternoon late for a following Monday transpirt.. Wife had a seizure that night. canceled 15 hours later early Thursday morning. 4 whole days before transport. No way any time or energy was spent aligning assests. took my 2500.00 anyways. number they give you for accounting. yep, Noone answers if you decide to use this place sign contract as late as possible or prepare to call your bank and close account. these f-ing people love free money. yes, I signed a contract where the first half is non refundable. I signed contract on Wednesday afternoon, patient had a seizure Wednesday night making the transport for the upcoming Monday impossible. canceled about 15 hours later on Thursday. No way they spent time getting assets in place. if you use this place. make sure and don't sign a contract to last f-ing moment. they enjoy the free money. 2600.00 that I could use on her end of life care while on hospice. cant speak to thier actual transport experience but ... read more

I hired ACC Medlink for a long-distance medical transport of my mother, who has spastic quadriplegia. The trip was approximately 18 hours, and I chose ACC Medlink because they represented themselves as a safe and professional option for medically fragile patients. The crew was ver courteous and professional. My mither required a lot of nursing care and we had her cat and significant other transport with her. It was cramped but they were very accommodating and very supportive through the transport from Utah to Ohio. They deserve a medal for sure. Our families are very grateful for them and ACC Medlink for making this transition as easy as possible??????
