wonderful crew. My senile and paranoid father was terrified of leaving home and traveling across country to nursing facility. He was sure he would be dumped on side of road by his loving family. The crew assured him that he would be safe and comforted him the entire 17 hour trip. He arrived content and keeps commenting about his fabulous trip. His family is very pleased.

My wife suffered a brain bleed and after partial rehabilitation required ground transport from Fort Myers,Fl to Muncie, Indiana, a 19 hour journey. We selected ACC Medlink based upon reviews, equipment, and their location. Their crew was highly professional and made us feel comfortable and secure every step of the way. We left at 3 PM and in spite of raining all nite arrived on time. The drivers changed shifts with each fuel stop every 4 to 5 hours, so they remained rested and alert. The crew on this trip was wonderful. Michael was so helpful with my mother and took good care of her and let her know she was the star of the show. He kept us informed along the way and made the long long trip pleasant. Both Jared and Gerald were excellent drivers and got us there safely and we made good time, despite the long trip.

This seemed like such a huge task to overcome. We had to move my mother-in-law from Illinois to Texas. ACC walked us through the procedure and answered our many questions. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, kind, and understanding. Keeping us updated throughout the process was greatly appreciated. The crew and my MIL arrived safely and on time, MIL was comfortable and rested. God bless you for the work you do!!
