Maria was wonderful from start to finish. She was informative, through, great with follow up and she sent all needed paperwork via an email to be completed with signNow. Don't remember the contact lady I first spoke to, but she was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. They were all very professional. I met the crew when they arrived at Glasgow WV, and was very impressed. Also, the cost was very good for a trip from Florida to West Virginia. When the nursing home my brother was being transferred from become uncooperative, Medlink stepped in and took control. I would highly recommend them.
Very professional and complete! Aside from the typical traffic issues in Chicago, my brother said it was a nice ride- especially given that it took over EIGHT hours! The crew was "spot-on" and we felt that they were caring and competent. Thanks for making this difficult transition an easy one!
