Our story is probably like most, but first time for my family and very nerve racking. My mother was visiting friends and attending a special family function over 450 miles from home. Unfortunately she had a massive stroke and it was determined that there was no hope of recovery. I rode with my Mother from New Jersey to Michigan on an ACC Medlink medical transport. The van was spacious and comfortable. Jamaica the medical attendant and drivers Curtis and Heath were very professional. I highly recommend them!
ACC Medlink recently transported my daughter from Utah to Oregon and it went very smoothly. The crew was wonderful and James the nurse was an angel. My daughter is a difficult patient, but he was so good with her on the long ride. I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job. I’m very grateful for their service.
I contracted ACC to drive my mom and myself from Florida to North Carolina and my experience was exceptional. Beginning with Shannon who arranged our transportation and kept in contact with me even when my mom was unexpectedly hospitalized and we had to reschedule she was empathetic and organized and got us quickly rescheduled as soon as my mom was discharged.
