This service was a God send. Availability, price and great drivers over rough roads for over a 13 hour trip. I am a spouse that was allowed to travel with them. Safe trip and comfortable.
Companion rider Sheryl Endl expressed to me that the drivers and the nurse were outstanding which made the ride more enjoyable than she ever imagined.
Medlinc just brought my dad from New Hampshire to Tennessee with no issues and or problems the crew consistently was attentive to my dad's need's and service was outstanding period!! I would like to say this crew was outstanding. My wife was very nervous about traveling. These guys came in talked to her calmed her down then brought her out to the vehicle showed her the equipment and walked her through everything. Chris the medic stayed with us at all the stops to help assure all went well.

I did the set up and my brother was at the start of the transport with our mom. He had good things to say about the crew. The one person I met at the end was was professional. I was pleased with the set up and follow through pre transport. The company contacted the leaving and receiving facilities to ensure coordination. That was helpful for my coordination.

Rosie and Banks did a great job taking care of my dad on the 7 hour trip.
Chris is the ultimate professional. I was a little concerned, before the trip, about my brother Larry having to take the trip alone. However, Chris reassured me he was in good hands and kept me updated throughout the trip. I appreciate the care and empathy you have for the patients.
