Acc Medlink transported my son from West Virginia all the way home to California. Of course being such a long trip made me anxious, but the coordinators were so friendly and so on top of everything. They even contacted the care home my son was at and coordinated w/ them as well. My son said he really liked the people in the van. Jan, our nurse was wonderful! Attentive and kind and efficient! The stops were well spaced and arrived right on time! My only complaint was the shocks in the van, I felt every bump in the road...and it may have been the roads! This a truly wonderful service you provide for families when an injury occurs out of state. In our case, Georgia to Florida. Thank you all!
Exceptional service and professionalism
The crew was courteous and thoughtful. I did not meet them, my daughter who rode with her grandmother did and she was very happy with the entire experience.

Kyle (medic) and the drivers were courteous and respectful. They arrived to the discharge hospital early and were patient when the staff at the hospital were not ready for my grandma's discharge. I rode with my grandma to Indiana. Shortly after the team left, I realized I had left my watch in the van. I contacted the company who contacted Kyle. He responded and took my address and mailed the watch back to me.
My family and I are so very blessed to have selected a caring medical transportation to bring my niece from Florida to New Jersey. The staff kept me update and they were just so very courteous and nice. Special thanks to Julie, the nurse who texted me from time to time to let me know if my niece was tolerating the trip. Great company to work with. They answered all questions and were very forthcoming with cost and accommodations. Would definitely recommend them if any one needs to travel a long distance.
