Medlinc just brought my dad from New Hampshire to Tennessee with no issues and or problems the crew consistently was attentive to my dad's need's and service was outstanding period!! I would like to say this crew was outstanding. My wife was very nervous about traveling. These guys came in talked to her calmed her down then brought her out to the vehicle showed her the equipment and walked her through everything. Chris the medic stayed with us at all the stops to help assure all went well.

I did the set up and my brother was at the start of the transport with our mom. He had good things to say about the crew. The one person I met at the end was was professional. I was pleased with the set up and follow through pre transport. The company contacted the leaving and receiving facilities to ensure coordination. That was helpful for my coordination.

Rosie and Banks did a great job taking care of my dad on the 7 hour trip.
Chris is the ultimate professional. I was a little concerned, before the trip, about my brother Larry having to take the trip alone. However, Chris reassured me he was in good hands and kept me updated throughout the trip. I appreciate the care and empathy you have for the patients. To see my brother smiling when you were talking to him, let me know he appreciated you as well. Give Chris a raise! Thank you to the driver as well for a safe trip. I follow this transport vehicle, the entire nine hour trip. I saw not one reason for concerned about their driving. Each stop, they gave me an update on help. My mother, who has dementia, was doing. Banks made sure to lift the blinds in the back of the van so that my mother could see that I was still following. I can�t say enough about how fun they made this trip for both of us. Highly recommend them, and your company. Thank you for making what was a scary and intimidating thing a fun memory instead.
