Russ and Nick were very good at their individual jobs during transport for my father. He reports that Russ and Nick both spoke to Ray with the utmost respect and were kind and understanding during the transport and extra hygiene services when necessary. My dad was very impressed and thankful for the ride home more than 600 miles and a 12 hr drive. Thank you Acc Medlink!
The TV in the vehicle was not operational at the start of the trip. The air conditioning was also marginal in the Florida heat.
Crew was very helpful, they worked with my needs I can't thank them enough. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

The driver team and nurse were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure my mother were as comfortable as possible given the travel circumstances.
