Everything about and everyone involved in the transport - from start to finish was first rate! Beth, the trip coordinator, was wonderful. Very responsive, attentive to detail and reassuring. All important as I was transporting my 89 year old mother with many medical conditions from NY to Florida. My mother then raved about Tonya, her nurse on board, and Kaishon and Shawn, her two drivers, stating that they were all so caring, attentive, funny and kind. Overall the transport was great. My suggestion is when you have a female elderly pt you should have a female Rn on board to have to change them if the pt is incontinent. I feel this would put them more at ease.
