From my first phone call, answered by Lindsey, I was treated courteously & professionally. Their two drivers plus nurse set up seemed very good to me. I have driven the routes myself & am aware of the distance & time involved. Don't know their names but, the drivers were more than willing to do whatever we needed. From loading my wife into ambulance to storing her belongings in ambulance. The nurse kept my son apprised of my wife's condition and also sent pictures of her, and their location.

The entire process was awesome with ACC. From the scheduling and coordination of pickup / drop-off facility was handled by ACC. This was a long trip from Rochester, NY to Phoenix, AZ. The crew was very caring and treated us like family. The drivers (Jared & Zachariah) were safe and stopped when needed. The medical professional (Regina) cared for my mother in all her needs. She rotated her to make sure she was comfortable the entire trip. I would highly recommend ACC for your transportation needs.

The coordinators were so helpful in planning a long transport on short notice. The drivers and medic were friendly and efficient. They arrived early and took care to build a rapport with my 81 year old Mom who was pretty nervous about the trip. Thanks so much!
