I have to admit I thought ACC Medlink would be a leap of faith, bordering on stupidity, selecting from google search, prepaying, and trusting very time sensitive delivery of my mom across 3 states to check into a new A/L facility. I can't believe our good fortune. Expensive, yes, but allowed for friend to accompany my mom and take my mom's cat, cat accessories, wheel chair, walker, and some clothes. The crew was awesome very good at what they do and the nurse chris was very good at his job went above and beyond to make my dad comfortable no complaints at all about the transport team my only complaint about the company is they dropped the ball on communication when it came to getting delayed do to a van breaking down and not letting me know when they where going to transport us luckely I called and they got it figured out and it only delayed us by 6 hours so over all I'm very happy with our experience and would highly re... read more

Although I reads couple of negative reviews they seemed to center around peoples inability to read and understand the contract. My families personnel review is that the staff and crew were outstanding. They couldn't be more helpful and friendly and made our long trip as enjoyable as it could be. The home office staff was very responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend this service if you need to transport a loved one a longer distance.

I was rather nervous, at first, because the transport team was running late, but once they showed up it was all business. The team was extremely professional, and knew exactly what they needed. They treated my mom and I with courtesy and compassion. I was extremely grateful for the entire group.

It was a stressful time, a long 20 hour trip, the vehicle is cramped tho adequate, but the caring professionalism of the crew was outstanding! drivers made great time, latisha the cna worked well with my stepdad. I really can't say enough about all of them. thank you for providing this service.

I cannot thank you enough for the excellent trip you helped us make moving my mother to Florida. From the moment we decided on your company, making the reservation and the ultimate kindness of everyone involved, made this a good experience. Transporting a loved one over 400 miles can be worry-some. Entrusting others to care for your loved one on such a long haul for them is concerning. ACC made this journey a dream come true. The team of operators were so caring , genuine and knowledgable. They answered all our needs and then some. The transport team was excellent, on time , professional , caring and informative all the way through. Truly class act.
