The scheduling staff were so helpful. They found a transport time that fit our needs perfectly. They made each step simple and do-able, and worked with us, the hospital, and destination facility, and the hospice to cover every detail. The transport staff were were competent, polite, professional, and friendly. They looked after my mother's needs and delivered us safe and sound. The entire trip was comfortable and easy for my husband and I. The accommodations in the vehicle were perfect, so we both slept through the whole trip, and arrived home 2 hours early! The crew was great, especially Ranese, who looked after us like a mother. I would recommend ACC Medlink to anyone who needs medical transport.

No problems - outstanding crew - took great care of my spouse. I was so pleased to have found this medical transport company. One year ago, my mother was trapped in a horrible nursing home in the height of COVID in another state. ACC Medlink provided us an option to get her home in time for her to pass peacefully with family. They went above and beyond expectations. The staff that dropped her off knew more about her condition than even the the nursing home staff. They were fantastic. I am eternally grateful for this service and the staff. Thank you so much, my mother would have never made it to home without you.

Brianna was amazing- she answered all my concerns. I can't thank her enough for all the support. The crew did an outstanding job. They took our dad from GA to PA. They arrived right on time and they had him in the van within 10 mins of their arrival. Our family can't thank them enough for all their support.

All the crew members were great. I spoke to Ms. Allen and her son and they both said the care and the team were excellent. Emily was wonderful. I don't remember the other two gentlemen's names but they were great. My client was very pleased with the service and I would certainly recommend your service to everyone.
