I was very anxious about transporting my dad from Virginia to North Carolina because he hasn't been able to travel by car for many years. His ride with ACC Medlink could not have been smoother and he loved being able to watch movies the whole way. The staff was excellent! I'm so happy with our comfortable and safe ride from pickup to drop off. Thank you! If we ever need this service again, we will definitely use ACC Medlink!

Overall, my trip from a hospital in Naples, Florida to Mass General hospital in Massachusetts was exceptional. The crew treated my father and I like family. Anything we needed was taken care of. As of now, my father is recovering from his stroke at a rehabilitation facility. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

This was an overall good experience for my grandfather (age 94) who needed to travel out of state - approximately 8 hrs of drive time. The trip was fast and my grandfather arrived in good condition. They coordinated with both facilities to ensure that he had the appropriate level of care during transport. I'm grateful for this service and the peace of mind it provided.
