She answered all our questions and made this important transport as painless and easy as possible. The crew Steve - driver Joseph - 2nd driver Jayden - medic Were so professional and courteous which made my mother so comfortable and relaxed as could be in the fragile condition that she was in. I highly recommend this company and am amazed at how well all was treated.

I am extremely satisfied with the service we received. The transport coordinators were very friendly, efficient and courteous. We were kept informed and provided with updates. All of our instructions were followed to the letter. The nurse, Jan, who accompanied my Aunt called the day before to introduce herself. She also called when they were an hour away as we requested. The care she provided was excellent!
Well done. The van was clean, the staff was prompt and they were very attentive to my father, the patient, to ensure that he was comfortable and cared for.
