the entire crew were great our mother can be very difficult at times and it was a long trip close to twenty hours she was a little tired when she arrived but after a nap she was ready to go thank you for getting her to Florida safely the Hauser and Sandor families.
Jan the RN and both drivers were exceptional. Even though they do this all the time, they made us feel special during a stressful time.
From the first phone call, the staff at ACC Medlink was helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. Their follow up and communication during our situation was spot on and their entire staff (office and vehicle transport) enabled us to make it through a tough situation with ease. I highly recommend their services, as they coordinated all of the intricacies of a medical transport with all of the facilities. Great job ACC Medlink and thank you!

My mother was kicked out of an assisted living facility in Buffalo NY and we had to quickly arrange transportation to Pittsburgh PA. I searched online and researched available options. My mother was in an extremely bad medical situation in a hospital in Rochester NY. Her life was in danger and she was rapidly fading. We knew we had to get our mother home and to quality medical care post much haste. It was a very stressful time for my wife and myself.
