MEDLINK transported my wife and me from Wilmington, DE to Newport, RI. From the moment we met, each member of the crew (Nate, Joel and Jan) was supportive, helpful, kind and professional. I had planned to move my Mom across country (CT to CA), nursing home to nursing home in early March. I had to abruptly cancel at the last minute due to COVID and we thought the transfer could never be realized. This was a very difficult situation with our relative being out of state and not able to communicate due to a stroke. Not to mention the obstacles of COVID. The coordinators were amazing: Informative, reliable always answering the phone. Was given a quote for services; I considered it to be extremely reasonable, especially due to the distance and timing. I would have expected far more than quoted. Thank you all for such an outstanding service. I would recommend ACC Medlink to everyone.
