Professional organization. Scheduled and coordinated all of their activities around the patient and care facilities needs. It was a long 42 hour trip, but the patient arrived in remarkable good spirits and condition. The transport team was very protective and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Mission Accomplished! Thanks for the excellent service! Drivers Wendy & Bill and Nurse Julie were awesome! Drove directly from NY to FL and even went through the outer bands of Tropical Storm Debby! We're so glad that we found ACC Medlink. My wife was admitted to ER of our home hospital, x-rayed, blood tested, etc and released. She is home now sleeping in her very own bed. Thanks so very much! Safety, security, and having a medical professional on board was very important to me. I met the team when they picked up dad for transport. They all carried themselves in a professional and friendly manner which in turn made his anxiety about the trip melt away. The team kept in touch along the way and I was informed once they had arrived at dad's new facility.
