They will sell you something and NOT stand behind this. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Lies, lies and more lies from the salespeople (Larry specifically) just to sell a machine. Blake originally expressed an interest in purchasing the forklift sight unseen. Our salesman, Larry insisted that he come and drive the forklift before purchasing. When Blake came to our facility he did in fact drive the forklift. Our Operations Manager and Larry were present when Blake drove the lift. Blake even stated that he wanted to see how it drove in the mud since he would be using it in that application, which he tested while he was here. Horrible! These people here are extremely rude and don’t know how to deal with good paying customers. JT is in the rental department and he thinks he has the right to speak to me as a child. He can’t do something so simple as to explain how we are being billed without being inexcusably rude. We’ve been renting their forklift for the past 2 months paying good money for it and being treated like garbage.
