The service tech we had out did an excellent job and was here quickly to work on our furnace. Thanks to Travis on his quick work so we didn’t have to deal with 0 degrees with no furnace.
6 years of a junk system they refuse to replace. And again as hot as is it our Ac is out once again 🙄 🤬 So NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND Accurate Heating and Air to NO ONE

They have been dragging us along since March to get a brand new Geothermal HVAC system installed in our farmhouse. Every time we talked to them it’s a delay of another week because of someone else’s fault. And now they won’t even return a text or call to update us. I could be sitting a comfortable home right now if I had gone with a different company, but now I am “enjoying” not having any air in 90 degree weather. As you have been in touch with our Project Team, it sounds like you can see these past weeks have caused many delays in components to equipment by many of our suppliers as well as working with businesses that are short staffed to cause delays out of our control. After debating whether or not to leave a review, I decided I wanted to say I wasn't happy with the guy you sent to my house yesterday. I had a conversation with you, about another guy who came to my house and was rude. You lead me to believe that the guy you were sending was very nice and friendly. That definitely wasn't the case. I was barely spoken too and my floor has a better personality than he had. I was disappointed. Since I have made payment, do not send this guy next spring..
