I made the mistake of leaving once because of my monthly rent being raised by $25 and saw another facility right up the road had the same size for half of that. Rented a truck and moved, and then two months later, they sent me a notice my next month rent will increase by $75!!! Called the manager, Christina, and she saved us so much money while taking the time to acknowledge our frustration and explain what to ask before renting anywhere.
I rented a unit for quite a few months here. It is a very nice property, always kept clean. I never worried about my stuff while it was stored here, it’s very secure. I would recommend them to anybody needing storage facility.
Needed space to store belongings while moving and I was able to rent a unit that fit my needs. Fast and easy process. Christina at the front desk was very helpful.

I had an amazing experience. The staff was so helpful, specifically shelbi. Shelbi took me on a wonderful ride in the golf cart making looking for a storage unit a great and fun experience. I had gone to two other establishments and had a very stressful experience but shelbi at Ace storage unit made the experience stress free. I recommend ace storage unit.
