The staff that unpacked our belongings were incredible; Very polite, courteous, and personable. As a military family, we do not get to choose the companies that do our relocation, but I would choose Ace if I could. My only complaint is the window they gave for the delivery. We were originally told 10-11, then were told 10:30-12:30 but they didn't come until 1:30. BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE ACE RELOCATION SERVICES!!! My recent experience was absolutely horrible!! Many things were broken, (I cringe each time I open another crushed box as I am still finding broken items).
