We were so very please with Ace Relocation Systems in assisting us with our move from Olmsted Falls to Marblehead. Matt and his co-workers were so professional, caring, and helpful. All of our furniture was wrapped carefully in shipping blankets and shrink wrap before placed on the truck. They were very conscientious not to harm our home, and not to soil our carpeting. Mike at ACE was prompt to provide service and answered all of our questions. He really understood our concerns and needs. Movers were thoughtful, kind, and diligent. Professional service and seamless move. I couldn’t be more impressed. It’s nice to have such great service during a stressful time. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Ace Movers showed up early, worked super hard to pack boxes and load the truck. On the other end, they did the same thing in reverse. We paid for them to unpack the boxes, and it was money very well spent. We're so grateful to our hard working driver and crew.
I would like to thank the crew that made my move a breeze. First, to my agent Jarla who has been so patient and helpful to me since day 1. She explained everything and answered all of my questions even on weekends. Then the moving crew, Roger and Ken were only 2 guys but they were fast and efficient. All of my belongings arrived to my new place safe and complete. I highly recommend Atlas Van Lines and Ace Relocation Systems! 💗
