Trent was our salesperson and was very helpful and communication was excellent and thorough to confirm what we wanted. Mikey and Luka came out to convert a fire burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. Let's just say the job was BIG because the existing fireplace was old and solid! Major props to them for making it happen in such a timely manner.

The main office in Colfax sent Kile and Luka to clean our furnice and man did they do a great job... They got so much stuff out its hard to believe... Great job guys , thank you. We can breath again... Mark and Ann I.
We had Kyle and Jonah here on November 20, 2024 and they did an awesome job. Everything was explained as they did their work. We have never had this done in the many years we have lived here. These two men care about the what they are doing. Not something you see today.
We had a furnace problem--it shut off and would not restart. We went in to the office on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at the house by Noon Wednesday. Robert, our technician, was thorough, fast, really nice and he had the part to fix it in his truck. We have used Ackerman's for years and they have always been very helpful, friendly, efficient and quick to respond. Their prices are reasonable and we are confident in their work. It is really nice to work with a local business who is responsive and friendly.
This company is fantastic! Right when I called about our air conditioner going out, everyone was friendly and helpful. Ed came to fix our unit and did a wonderful job and fixed it quickly. We are grateful for their incredible service!
