I want to thank Aya for explaining everything so clearly. Although I had a large payment to make, she advised me to apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan, thinking about my future and helping me avoid financial strain. They truly care about their patients beyond just the money—they understand what each person is going through. Besides the excellent service, the clinic is very well maintained, clean, and looks brand new. Highly recommend Acu Dental Orthodontics!
Very disappointing experience. I went to this clinic for an urgent dental issue while my regular dentist was unavailable. The dentist told me that what I needed was absolutely impossible to do and was very pushy about an alternative treatment. Two days later, my regular dentist was able to do exactly what I had originally needed, perfectly, with zero problems. Dr Han is getting over 20 stars from me!! He was kind, explained the in's and outs, made sure no pain or what can be done to accommodate anxieties! By far my best Dentist I have ever had! You looking for a Dentist then book with Dr Han! Bridge work, crown replacements to basic dental care all at one stop!
I am with ACU since 2018, there is no issues previously, but this time not sure why they charged extra fees. I only visited one clean and one filling for 10 mins in 2026. It was already over $1000. I cannot believe it. The front desk told me filling out was fully covered when I booked the appointment , but I have to pay $93.10 from my own pocket after. Seriously, I have no idea why 10 mins filing cost $690. At this point, I have not received invoices yet. Therefore, I decided to move to other clinic.
It was such a good experience. Dr. Rick Han was so professional and kind. I extracted 4 wisdoms at the same time it he did a great job. Thank you.
