Worst experience ever. I was scheduled an appt with one dentist and was passed to another, due to emergency case. That was my worst decision. I should have gone home. I was going on vacation so I needed my tooth fixed. The one dentist just came looked at my xray , gave me jection and right away started drilling. It's common knowledge to give some time for the medication to work. But not him. He was ready to finish one job and move to next. Its all about how many patients they can get. I want to thank Aya for explaining everything so clearly. Although I had a large payment to make, she advised me to apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan, thinking about my future and helping me avoid financial strain. They truly care about their patients beyond just the money—they understand what each person is going through. Besides the excellent service, the clinic is very well maintained, clean, and looks brand new. Highly recommend Acu Dental Orthodontics!
I am with ACU since 2018, there is no issues previously, but this time not sure why they charged extra fees. I only visited one clean and one filling for 10 mins in 2026. It was already over $1000. I cannot believe it. The front desk told me filling out was fully covered when I booked the appointment , but I have to pay $93.10 from my own pocket after. Seriously, I have no idea why 10 mins filing cost $690. At this point, I have not received invoices yet. Therefore, I decided to move to other clinic.
i just had an emergency appointment. I’m so touched by Chan (or Chen) she truly cares about her patients. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and kind these days. The doctor was also very nice and professional. This place absolutely deserves a 10/10 rating! Thank you so much! Please managers be nice to Chan or Chen 😊
Very disappointing experience and a waste of time. Pricing is not transparent, there is no clear breakdown of costs, and appointment fees are not disclosed upfront. Payments are based on estimated treatment length rather than actual appointments, which was not clearly explained. We later received quotes from other clinics for almost half the price for similar treatment.
