I want to thank Aya for explaining everything so clearly. Although I had a large payment to make, she advised me to apply for the Canadian Dental Care Plan, thinking about my future and helping me avoid financial strain. They truly care about their patients beyond just the money—they understand what each person is going through. Besides the excellent service, the clinic is very well maintained, clean, and looks brand new. Highly recommend Acu Dental Orthodontics!
Worst experience ever. I was scheduled an appt with one dentist and was passed to another, due to emergency case. That was my worst decision. I should have gone home. I was going on vacation so I needed my tooth fixed. The one dentist just came looked at my xray , gave me jection and right away started drilling. It's common knowledge to give some time for the medication to work. But not him. He was ready to finish one job and move to next. Its all about how many patients they can get. My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing. The staff often came across as lazy and disengaged, and the level of customer service reflected that. Explanations about my dental concerns were rushed and unclear, and appointments felt like something they wanted to finish as quickly as possible rather than an opportunity to provide proper care.The quality of work does not justify the high fees. Dr Han is getting over 20 stars from me!! He was kind, explained the in's and outs, made sure no pain or what can be done to accommodate anxieties! By far my best Dentist I have ever had! You looking for a Dentist then book with Dr Han! Bridge work, crown replacements to basic dental care all at one stop!
I highly recommend this office! I’ve always enjoyed my visits. The front desk has always been helpful and informative. The team in the back always makes me feel comfortable. Overall always a great experience.
