Vinny, the man behind the Acura parts counter, was so friendly, and genuinely into whatever I needed. He actually went out of his way to find ways to save me money! Yeah, I know, right! He found everythingi needed, including some he had to really rlook for. Don’t you just hate when you’re told, “NO,” and you know they hadn’t even looked! Well, that’s ain’t Vinny!
I ordered a few parts in August. I ended up selling the car the parts were for, but bought the same model again a few weeks later. I didn't really check the box until about 5 weeks later, when I noticed one part was missing. I contacted OEM Acura Parts about it and they immediately wanted to send me out another one. Though, one of their workers did give me a little rub about if I was sure the part wasn't just in the box somewhere.
