"Good Service" Service is good. Would go higher but had a problem with a part not being ordered as promised. The service person apologized. We had to leave the car overnight to complete service which was not what we had planned and caused some inconvenience.

"Top notch customer service" I honestly think that Acura of Seattle may be the last place that believes in great customer service. We have owned our Acura for 2 years now and every time I am at the dealership I am treated like I am their only customer. They have often gone above and beyond for me and it's a pleasure doing business there.
"Comfortable wait." Good coffee, newspaper, morning news on TV, comfy couch...etc..
