Another great experience with ADE! Everyone there is wonderful to work with, from the owners Ernie and Kevin, who are always so nice, to Niccolette in the office who is consistently friendly and helpful. Anthony completed maintenance on our unit today and was polite, efficient, and professional. It’s so nice working with a company that makes customer service a priority. Thank you, ADE!
Randy was excellent. During his preventative maintenance check he discovered some critters had been chewing on the wires of the outdoor condenser and quickly repaired the wires avoiding a future problem. Great job! Thanks for keeping my family cool during the hot and humid summer months!
