Everyone there is wonderful to work with, from the owners Ernie and Kevin, who are always so nice, to Niccolette in the office who is consistently friendly and helpful. Team arrived on time and finished the job on time. Very courteous and the workmanship for the installation was very good. We highly recommend A.D.E. Heating and Cooling. They returned promptly to install access panels that did not previously arrive. Very very happy with their service.
After several local HVAC Companies who advertised that you could provide same day service, I found out they actually did not provide same day service. I contacted ADE, they were prompt and professional from Niclolete who I met at the ADE local office to the tech Randy who handled our repair.
From a human answering the phone to scheduling to service, ADE exceeded expectations! Their tech was knowledgeable and helpful, put our minds at ease and made reasonable suggestions. Very friendly, too! We got to ADE because the last HVAC company stopped responding and now I’m glad they did!
