We had ADE install a new HVAC unit in our home today.Kevin and Jim their technicians were very polite and knowledgeable.They talked us thru every step of the installation.They put down tarps and swept up when they finished.They didn't leave until we were satisfied and answered all our questions. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.I want to also thank the owner Ernie for his recommendation for my new system.
Not sure how to answer technician was friendly couldn’t do much to area that was washing out on the mulch. I just thought that when the unit was installed it should have been put on a flat surface not the mulch. If I was told to do it ahead of time I would have. Now I need to have someone sure it up for me I wouldn’t know how to go about that.
The service technician arrived early, was very professional and friendly. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend A.D.E. Heating and Cooling Inc.
Steve was fantastic!!! They were able to come out quickly, Steve finished the job in fifteen minutes or less, was incredibly kind and personable, and the price was beyond fair. He also took the time to explain what he was doing/why. We couldn’t have asked for better service!
Great install. Unit works perfectly. Customer service is top notch. So lucky to have used this company. They have a customer for life. I needed a last minute inspection for my condo association. They could not have been any more understanding and accommodating. A.D.E is the absolute best. You’ll have peace of mind that you found the best!!!!
