The service was excellent. The two gentlemen arrived at my house promptly at 8am as stated. The work started immediately. They answered all my questions. They cleaned up after all the work was done as if they never did work at my home. I would highly recommend them!
Once again, ADE provided exceptional service. On a particularly cold weekend day, our heating system failed to operate. Upon contacting ADE, a technician arrived within three hours. Kevin, the technician, was exceptionally polite and professional, and he restored the heating system within minutes. This timely intervention significantly improved our weekend experience. We extend our gratitude to ADE for their consistently outstanding service.
After waking up to a relatively cold house, I placed a call with ADE and they almost immediately sent a service tech to my house. Within 45 minutes of arriving, the problem was fixed and I now have heat. Brian was awesome and he knew what he was doing.
My experience with A.D.E. has been wonderful. The crew is always very friendly, kind, attentive to the problem, and has always arrived in the window of time given . My first service call was handled by Technician, Cordell, who was very knowledgeable in tackleing the problem. I was pleased with his respectful and kindly manner and I am confident the problem has been corrected. Ernie Tretola, owner, is a fantastic man who takes pride in his business and, therefore in my opinion, hires staff who meet his high expectations!
Excellent company and service. Every person involved was kind, helpful, and honest. Service was completed in a very timely manner.
