All staff are really friendly and helpful, nothing ever feels like too much trouble. My two dogs are always greeted with warm smiles and cuddles. The vets are also very personable, listen and are very good at explaining too.

Massive shout out to LUCY who was just an amazing help! This is my first time with Adelaidevet Prospect and my experience has been amazing. I had a check up for my pet and the receptionist and vet who served me were both so nice and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! I had a few questions i needed to ask the day after so i rang up and honestly lucy was such an amazing help the call was stress free all questions were answered quickly and she made it easy for me to understand. Lovely staff who are great listeners to what you want. I've been really pleased with my interactions with the staff so far. My dogs are a little nervous of strangers, so nice to see them interact positively with them, and also allow the owners to be involved in treatment.
