I recently visited Adelaide Vet Stirling after my usual clinic wasn’t able to get us in, and I’m so glad we ended up here. The team provided exceptional customer service from the moment we arrived. Their communication was clear, caring, and consistent, and they showed genuine empathy throughout the appointment. They took the time to explain treatment options and outcomes in a way that was easy to understand. We felt completely supported and confident in the care provided. Highly recommend.
I can’t speak highly enough about the whole team in Stirling. My dog has found vet visits hard in the past however his vet Dr Jess, Dr Maddie and the whole nurse team have made a huge effort (and spent a lot of time) making Henry happy and even excited about going to visit them in a stress free way. The whole team genuinely care about animals and their wellbeing. Thank you all.
We took our cat to The Adelaide Vet Stirling clinic as our cat had facial cancer which we understood was terminal. We saw Dr Jessica who specialises in cancer surgery and she performed the procedure and facial reconstruction. All the staff at the clinic genuinely care about the welfare of their clients pets. We had a number of follow-up appointments until the wound had healed. Thank you so much for saving our cats life.
Recently had ourselves in a bit of a pickle with one of Thunder's toes being somewhat barely attached to the rest of his foot. The team at Adelaide Vet Stirling gave us and the dog, yes it's a husky, all the care we needed and it went extremely well. He now has one less toe but hey, he was given several more so will be fine. Can't thank the team enough with their care and finesse when dealing with him and will be coming back if, or when, there is another whoopsie. Thanks team
We recently found ourselves in an emergency situation with our elderly dog, and we’re unable to see his usual Vet. Adelaide Vet was open so we went straight there. Heartbreakingly the best course of action for our boy was to put him to sleep. The vet on staff, Maddie, showed us so much care. She gave us clear information about our options and plenty of time privately with our boy to say goodbye. She was caring and compassionate in one of the hardest days of my life.
