Big shout out & thank you to the fabulous staff at Adelaide Vet Stirling for the wonderful care they provide to our very anxious rescue dog, Tully. My Steven Toast (cat) is not good with Vets. Dr Jess, and Kelsey did a brilliant job with him taking his bloods last week. They took their time, relaxed him, gave him an amazing CATchuterie board licky mat full of different foods to entice him. Kelsey held him in a way that more like a tight hug rather than a confinement, patting him whilst quietly telling him what a “brave boy” he was. All vets at Adelaide Hills Vet have been clear, thorough, supportive and caring. The nursing and admin staff are the same. We have been especially lucky just today in the vet being highly experienced in the exact illness our cat has. We’ve had many cats treated and accommodated there over the years.
I can’t thank Adelaide Vet Stirling enough for the care they gave my Cocker Spaniel Tommy during his recent operation. From the moment we arrived every staff member was welcoming, attentive and genuinely compassionate. The level of detail and communication throughout the process was exceptional. The team took the time to explain the procedure clearly kept me updated and made sure Tommy was comfortable and well cared for at every stage.
