Very unpleasant experience and I will not be coming back to this clinic. I was at the clinic to buy the Hills Science Diet dog food, specifically asking the product with the large kibble size as my dog swallows small kibble without chewing it. They recommended a product and when I got home and opened the bag, it was the smaller kibble size. When I called to ask to return it, they said that I can’t as I already opened the bag. Nick is just a disaster after you driving all the way to Stirling We asked for extra blood test on top of the medication, Nick just give us a cat food without medication. Then he said it was us who declined the medication. Interesting, I never said NO. Go and find Nick if you don’t care your pet👎🏼
I have been a client of this vet group for over 20 years. My first cat lived with struvite crystals as a kitten 20 years ago when living in the Magil area, where we attended the Tusmore clinic. When we moved back to the Adelaide Hills, many years later and our cat was diagnosed with age related problems we went to the Stirling branch. The staff here are absolutely lovely.
