Great experience. LOVED THE EASIEST TO SET UP APPOINTMENT online. Quick check in and I was seen right away. Doctor was very pleasant. Yes, the office needs some refresh but doesn’t affect me.
After reading good reviews I called and scheduled an appointment for my toddler for an ongoing issue. I agreed to wait nearly 2 months since they were well recommended online. The office called me just days before my appointment to tell me they won’t have a Dr, and the person replacing the doctor won’t see toddlers. Do not count on the office to respect your time, they obviously do not.
Marilyn was very helpful with check in and insurance. Ty managed the appointment, setup biopsy and electronics for Dr Fernandez and took photos of my skin that the Dr wants to check in 6 months. Thank you all.
Great place. I live is Wisconsin but went here 10 years ago for 10 years! Took me right in. Dr. Fernández is great! Very kind and also very thorough!
No crowd. No waiting and waiting. Very very good English speaking doctor. I feel very safe in her hands.
