We were very lucky in having Alondra Martinez of ICCU Meridian as our Loan Officer in our quest to buying a new home. She was amazing in her dynamic proactive approach in helping us apply for a home loan and completing the nine yards of documentation required to being approved for the loan. ICCU employees are always unprofessional and extremely nasty and combative to ever work with of the issues they don't take fraud very seriously as they exploit members. I don't recommend ICCU at all because its just like another wells fargo and another chase Bank. Go to a different Credit Union.
We had a VERY disappointing experience while applying for a mortgage with them. The treatment was not the best and communication was horrible. Incredibly disappointed!
We had a question about registration of a vehicle in which the names of my wife and I were not on the vehicle as co-title holders. We have always had our vehicles titled together so that if one were to pass away the other would have survivorship rights to the co-titled vehicle. I hope I am writing this for the right location. I had been a target of a banking phone scam. As soon as I had realized what was happening I called ICCU and they sent me through to Jeff T. When Jeff answered my call I am pretty sure he could hear my voice cracking and that I was trying to hold back tears. I was both stressed and disappointed with what had happened during the scam.
