Very frustrating experience and I feel really bad for the third party online help service. I had a Credit Card with ICCU a few years ago and paused it as I no longer had a need. I reached out to see what that account looked like -- what the terms are to consider reopening it. If you are financing a vehicle and the dealership says it’s will be through ICCU do NOT go through with it. If you are financing anything and hear the name ICCU do NOT go through with it. Avoiding the name ICCU will save you countless hours, heartache, and your sanity. I have never dealt with such incompetence and carelessness when dealing with a financial institution.
They conveniently can’t refund you money when they accidentally double charge you for a car payment unless it’s to a savings account with them. Inept rude and all around bad at their jobs. Embarrassing.
We were very lucky in having Alondra Martinez of ICCU Meridian as our Loan Officer in our quest to buying a new home. She was amazing in her dynamic proactive approach in helping us apply for a home loan and completing the nine yards of documentation required to being approved for the loan.
