Very frustrating experience and I feel really bad for the third party online help service. I had a Credit Card with ICCU a few years ago and paused it as I no longer had a need. I reached out to see what that account looked like -- what the terms are to consider reopening it. They conveniently can’t refund you money when they accidentally double charge you for a car payment unless it’s to a savings account with them. Inept rude and all around bad at their jobs. Embarrassing.

We had a question about registration of a vehicle in which the names of my wife and I were not on the vehicle as co-title holders. We have always had our vehicles titled together so that if one were to pass away the other would have survivorship rights to the co-titled vehicle.
