I had such an amazing experience getting my lash lift with Rana. She was so professional and kind, and my lashes turned out perfect! You can tell she really cares about her work and pays attention to every detail. The place itself was also stunning. The space was so clean and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!
I originally had a disappointing first visit at this spa, but I’m genuinely impressed by how the owner handled the situation. She personally reached out to me and offered a complimentary massage to make things right, which I truly appreciated. Today I did a deep tissue massage with Hayley. This was my first time ever having a massage done. And Hayley did an amazing job of walking me through the process. She was very professional and clear with her communication of the process. The massage room was clean and comfortable, an added bonus was the heated bed. Little bit of a tough situation with the front desk. Asked for a lot of information for what they were going to do. I asked why, and the young lady said it was because they want to make sure people pay or know who to call or where to go if they get stiffed on the bill. However, they’d already billed 50% of the price to my credit card, and I had a gift certificate. From their perspective, I get they want to ensure payment. The message therapist was horrible if u get regular messages you can tell if they know what there going. He did not listen to any of my concerns also had we wait and additional 10 minutes before coming in for service i was extremely dissatisfied with service most likely will never return
