Oh my ! I never had a facial before and this was a 10/10 experience! It was a surprise gift from my husband and I have no complaints. Update: Roberto was my masseuse , the most relaxing and calming massage I’ve ever had! Everyone was so friendly and the decor is chefs kiss!
I had the Deluxe HydraFacial with Hidaya at Adorn in Dearborn Heights, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Hidaya was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. She explained every step, customized the facial to my skin’s needs, and made sure I was relaxed the whole time. The vibe is amazing and very relaxing, Zahraa the receptionist gave excellent service, I have never had a better facial than the one Zee gave me . . . Chocolate on my face.... Yesss Please!!!!! I originally had a disappointing first visit at this spa, but I’m genuinely impressed by how the owner handled the situation. She personally reached out to me and offered a complimentary massage to make things right, which I truly appreciated. Today I did a deep tissue massage with Hayley. This was my first time ever having a massage done. And Hayley did an amazing job of walking me through the process. She was very professional and clear with her communication of the process. The massage room was clean and comfortable, an added bonus was the heated bed.
