Kimoni is the best I've seen in places like this. She greets every customer. Smiled and was so helpful. I love this young lady. Great attitude. They could not help me this weekend, however her attitude and apology will keep my business. Thank you so much. It does not matter the hour go they can help. Their fee is low on most everything and you get free bill pay.
Mariela was fantastic. Great service. 10 service for this young lady . I think u guys should give her a raise.
Bad customer service on the day I returned to payoff my loan. Rep was on the phone did NOT acknowledge me. Continued with person on the phone. I at least felt that she would have said, "be with you in a moment ". I got nothing. Please teach your reps customer service. Otherwise., getting the loan...the rep was GREAT.

Sherman is very kind and enthusiastic about helping you with your situation; he has a very reassuring presence and I trusted that he would handle my needs accordingly. I appreciate him. Four stars because of how long it took, that aside , refreshing and upbeat customer service.
