Whitney gave me great customer services, she smile the whole time and was very welcoming. She was very fast. I was very impressed with how fast she took care of me. She share with me all the other things the store dose beside the flex loan. She was a very friendly young women. I was So greatful for all her help. Thank you Whitney !!!
I went to the Covington location and Ms Lakisha told great care of me. She is very professional and business oriented. When you walk into the building the smiles on their faces light up the place and make you feel very welcome, that’s great customer service!! From the time you walk in to the time you leave they make sure you understand every little detail. I would refer anyone to stop here ask for Lakisha!!
My Mom went there yesterday and we had a great experience. Billie assisted her and was extremely nice and had a wonderful attitude the entire time! She worked hard to get my mom approved and we left with so much satisfaction. I’d recommend anyone go by there and if so ask for Billie! ❤️
