Everything went pretty smooth other than dealing with their credit check people. Which I didn't have to do anyway.
Nicole was very helpful at explaining everything i had questions about and super friendly. Not a single awkward moment. Matthew was very nice and supportive as well. Definitely a great place to take out a loan and you will have everything explained to you.
I ran low on cash and stopped in to see if they could help. Olivia was super friendly, professional, and answered every question I had. I met the manager Gary and he was also professional and informative. Olivia explained everything very clearly and walked me through every step of the process. She and Gary worked together and in just a few minutes I was approved for far more money than I expected. I wasn't very excited about having to apply for a loan. But Nicole made it simple and easy. Hopefully I never have to it again. But if I did...Nicole at the Fort Henry location is my girl!
Nicole 100% did everything to help me out. Turned a stressful day into a hopeful one. It took me a few minutes to figure everything out and she was extremely patient with me and of course helpful with ideas. I greatly appreciate everything.
