John was super nice. Answered all my questions. Did take awhile for approval process. but it was late at night so I expected it to take awhile. He did call and speak to technical support to see what the hold up was and got it resolved .I appreciate all John's help. I don't like to borrow money this way but having a flexible loan makes it easier to pay back over time or in a short period of time .
