Their customer service agent cara tried helping me for 3 days to cash a check. My insurance company refused to verify, but caras team at advance financial got it handled. All of them were great to work with. They care.
John was super nice. Answered all my questions. Did take awhile for approval process. but it was late at night so I expected it to take awhile. He did call and speak to technical support to see what the hold up was and got it resolved .I appreciate all John's help. I don't like to borrow money this way but having a flexible loan makes it easier to pay back over time or in a short period of time .
Caleb was great! Very helpful and professional. The whole experience was fast and straight forward. It definitely helped my family when we had an unexpected situation arise.
