Alicia was beyond helpful with not only getting me approved but explaining every point of information regarding interest, amounts owed, how the money can be used, and as a first time borrower, it's reassuring to know she's trying to keep me out of the hole
I had one of the best experiences my teller was Chad Getty. He was polite and knowledgeable about everything I asked. Also made my experience great with his personality and quickness. I will come back again and ask for him by name
