I didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time getting a loan. I was helped by Dereck, who was very clear and accommodating. He was very patient with my million questions and my lack of tech savvy, and I was able to leave with the money I needed. I also learned a lot. Dereck took a potentially stressful situation and made it pleasant. Highly recommend.
