At first, i was a bit skeptical since i walked into there for a short term loan, knowing what the drawbacks were, i had the most wonderful experience. ALL of my questions were answered. I didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time getting a loan. I was helped by Dereck, who was very clear and accommodating. He was very patient with my million questions and my lack of tech savvy, and I was able to leave with the money I needed. I also learned a lot. Dereck took a potentially stressful situation and made it pleasant. Highly recommend.
Aida was such and awesome help! She was sweet and very thorough with explaining the process.
Obviously NOT 24/7 like advertised on the building! False advertising, should take the 24/7 off the building and put your normal hours.
