My experience with Monica was amazing, she actually listened and had a good conversation with me rather than getting to the point like a lot of customer service reps do. Do not go to this its place unprofessional at its worst. The claim to be manager Monica lied about what she said claim she did. Why would this corporation put such incompetent people as the face of the store. Customer service was horrid. Customer satisfaction didn't exist, total waste of time. My attorney is sending a letter and contacting corporate on tomorrow morning.
I have to say Amore at, 800 Jefferson st, was a wonderful help, she answered all my questions and worked my application in an efficient manner, she also speaks Spanish which is helpful, I was very happy with her customer service, thank you for keeping it up!
Salita was the most friendly and amazing person made me feel welcome and like family
Came in today and Ms.Evelyn has great energy I was just telling her how serious I take customer service because you never know you can make someone day better and that she did.
