Advance Financial 24/7 provided me a loan when I really needed assistance. I was paying payments as instructed. I lost my job a few months after I signed for the loan. Do not go to this its place unprofessional at its worst. The claim to be manager Monica lied about what she said claim she did. Why would this corporation put such incompetent people as the face of the store. Customer service was horrid. Customer satisfaction didn't exist, total waste of time. My attorney is sending a letter and contacting corporate on tomorrow morning.
Amore was awesome she helped me with all my needs and has excellent customer service and if you ever need help with you loan services I HIGHLY recommend Amore. She was friendly, very patient with all my questions or request. She is great and I'm leaving not only satisfied but with a big smile
