Nancy was nice an understandable with good an fast service
I stopped by the store looking for a loan and the teller Hernan was more then helpful explaining everything to me. I thought since I had credit union bank It was going to be some issues but he took care of everything and gave me every detail on my payments. He help me get approved for a good loan and now I’m satisfied with the service. One of the best stores to apply for a loan. Hernan is very patient and outgoing. Awesome job!
I had one of the most AMAZING experiences in advance financial today. Mrs jasmine was so professional and diligent in her efforts to get me what I needed. She went above and beyond to make sure that I wasn’t a unhappy customer. I highly recommend anyone to come to advance financial and when you do be sure to ask for JASMINE. AWESOME WORK!!! I’m HIGHLY satisfied!!!!!!!
I had gone to 2 locations prior to coming to this location on 2/25/20. Lorinne at the Murfreesboro Rd location was an absolute gem in helping get my issue with this company resolved. She was courteous, respectful and one of the nicest customer service reps I've encountered with this company. I would've given her a tip but it wasn't appropriate but given her 5 stars is my pleasure. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed!!!!
Hernan was very helpful and understanding with everything. I applied online but had issues and I visit this store and met Hernan and he had the best customer service ever. Very patient and very good at helping me get all my documents to get approved for a loan.
