The store manager for the Lebanon location made us and others wait like 30 min and then, when she came out she was on the phone and rudely spoke to us and still didn’t attend to us. Her energy and attitude was very disappointing and sad. If that’s who they have representing the store I can see why people walked out when she’s the only one there.
The ladies In here did a great job. Theresa started my stuff on the phone. Chelsey and Shelby helped me get it opened and my online set up. This is my first time coming to advance financial and I’d recommend y’all to anyone! Thanks again
Chelsey and Kristen at the Lebanon location were absolutely amazing. Very fast and got me in and out. As me getting a loan for the first time. It was an amazing experience. I will definitely be back and will send everyone there way. Awesome job ladies and thank you again so much.
Advance Financial may have been hacked. Their text messaging system is sending spam pretending to be from Bank of America and asking for account information at an obviously bogus URL. I tried to report this, but their customer service people have no way to create an IT ticket. Companies should have a route for reporting potential hacking, for their own risk management.
Theresa and her team did a great job. everyone went out of their way to help me and my fiance get the cash we needed. I spoke to Dalton, Chelsea, and Maurilo as well. I really appreciated that they didn't give up
