Had a promise pay set up and was going in to pay it on the date I promised to make a payment and they took a full payment out twice in one month. I can't get my vehicle fixed if this keeps on happening. I know where not to get a loan at now.
The attendant Michelle, whom took care of a western union for me, is very efficient in her job. She was polite, took a phone call about a flex loan, and got me taken care of, without ever missing a beat. Great Multitasking and customer service skill. Thank you Michelle.
