If I could rate lower I would. Excellent friendly customer service but overall this company is the worst. Policy changes that screw over existing customers, and never announced they were changing them. Some people have life changes and can't pay,and now because of you I can't afford to help my sick son.

This location is spectacular not only is it clean and professional but the customer service is unmatched. Mike assisted me with a payday loan And was very respectful. He took the time to walk me through the process and made sure there were no hiccups along the way. And he worked really fast! He also gave me pointers on how to insure that I could make on time payments.
