I ask to turn auto pay off so it doesn't overcharge my bank account and they say they did it but then a week later the autopay charges in the middle of the week before I even have the chance to go pay on Friday when I actually have the money in the bank

Workers are extremely kind but to take out a loan with this company is literally signing your soul over. You will never pay them off and you will pay them way more than what you borrowed. They will try to sell it to you and they take advantage of those in need. RUN.
