Dr. Ourmazdi is very caring and professional. He takes his time with the patient showing full attention. I have high respect for him and his staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great neurologist.
I have been a patient for over a year and while my experience hasn't been bad with Dr. Ourmazdi himself I would say that patient service as far as getting a response back is awful. Dr. has never called me back on any messages left in regards to medications, labs and or test results. The office is always dead like he is short staffed and the receptionist can be rude and very short, acting like they are being bothered with your questions. no one is ever knowledgable about the Dr. whereabouts or lack of responses.
