Dr. Truong and his staff are truly some of the most kind and efficient people I’ve come across when seeking dental care. From the receptionists being so welcoming and informative, to the assistants taking some of the fastest and most comfortable xrays, the experience was seamless from beginning to end. Thanks Dr. Truong and team for taking great care of me !!
I had a very pleasant experience all the way around from the moment I contacted about an appointment, to getting the procedure done. The entire staff was extremely kind, especially Dr. Truong and Lori. They completely put me at ease and did a speedy root canal. Highly recommend.
I had the unfortunate incident of biting into a chewy holiday cookie and my 8 year old crown becoming dislodged. It came out and my dentist promptly referred me to Advanced Endodontic Associates PC. Booking was easy. I got an appointment within 2 weeks in Peabody. It was overall a great experience. I’m not suggesting volunteering for a root canal. However, if I ever need another one I’m calling Dr Wang and his staff. The procedure took 22 minutes. I went to work after. Thanks for a seamless and painless procedure.
I wish the root canal could have been done. Staff were polite and the Dr went above and beyond in explaining things and answering my questions. I'm not the easiest patient. I didn't even feel the first novacaine needle right away, and it was tolerable once I did feel it. Before the second, I was told I'd feel it less because I'm already getting numb. Advanced Endodontic was welcoming, friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They interaction between the staff and Doctor was fun and professional which calmed my nerves down even more. My procedure was on time, pain free and made me like dentist appointments again. Highly recommended ☆☆☆☆☆
