My entire experience at advanced endodontics in Wicker was great. Very unexpected, first time root canal, and they got me in next day. The staff over the phone and in person were super welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The office is very nice and the procedure was nowhere near as bad as I expected - didn't feel a thing. Dr. Vuong did an excellent job and I would absolutely return in the future if I have another issue. The best part is no more pain!
I had an excellent visit! Dr. O and her assistant worked well together and made me comfortable. Great communication about parking and billing prior to my arrival was very helpful. I got an itemized bill when I left that will be easy to submit for HRA reimbursement. I highly recommend this practice!!
I had a root canal done by Dr. O and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly down to earth and made me feel comfortable right away. One thing that really stood out was her suggesting I use headphones during the procedure so I would not hear the drill. I enjoyed my experience here about as much as you possibly can given the circumstances. I was treated with respect and cared for by the entire staff. Dr. Vuong did an excellent job, was very careful and did meticulous work, as commented on by my regular dentist.
I had a great experience here - the staff was very friendly and transparent about the steps and cost throughout the process. Dr. Haroon is clearly experienced and worked with me to preserve my orthodontics as I got a root canal. Also there is very convenient and free parking right out front.
