Update: see screenshots that show the "release" she asked me to sign, and the bribe she offered me to sign it, saying i wouldn't say anything disparaging about her office...$112 that she owes me back (which she still hasn't returned), but will pay me $300 if I sign her "release form"! I guess that's how she prevents bad reviews.... Not sure how this attorney got so many positive reviews, based on my experience with her.....but the reviews (a year ago) convinced me that this was the law firm for me... Looking for a great lawyer I recommend Sarah... I can't express how pleased I am with Mrs. Vancott. She put up a good fight & I got what I wanted an more😁 Sarah is a very sweet understanding attorney. I just can't recommend her enough. All I can say is I walked out of the court house, big smile on my face knowing I chose the right person to fight for me. No regrets, she is the best in las Cruces nm.

I was a wreck when I first met Ms. Van Cott and her team. I was in desperate need of help with a divorce with custody. They were quick to get me in and start working on my case. Anna, her paralegal, was amazing at listening to what I had to say and was very understanding. She took a huge weight off my shoulders. Sarah and her team are better than I could have ever asked for when I needed help in a domestic case. From the very beginning, they were very engaged and kept me informed. They are responsive to all communications and with Rebecca as my assigned Paralegal, I would normally get a response to text or email within an hour or two, but always on the same day.
