Dr. Goglia is the best Dr. I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. When I started coming to this practice I was an anxiety filled mess. Every Visit Dr. Goglia made me feel comfortable, calm, and that my worries and concerns matter. She delivered my youngest daughter via C section in November of 22. They refused to give me any other appointment other than 2pm Monday through Thursday. I work(like most people do) and will not take off for annual doctors appointment. I am available at an array of different times throughout the week but they refused to me give any other time but 2pm.
Not impressed with this group at all. Whenever I call to make an appointment the receptionist is usually very rude. She needs to CALM DOWN. She is the first point of contact. Also they demand large payments upfront IN FULL for procedures. You have to ask for a payment plan or else they never tell you this is available. Also, the doctors are a bit clueless. I have to tell them about my medical history instead of them looking at my records. Damn clueless people.
I have been with Dr. Rubin & Advanced OB/GYN for over 24 years. I have trusted him with my health for all of these years and highly recommend this office to anyone who is in search of great healthcare. I can't thank Dr. Rubin enough for everything he has helped with through the years! He's the best!
