I've never had a single issue with Advanced OBGYN.... the phone staff, to front desk staff to nurses and doctors are always kind and lovely. I had a miscarriage last year and everyone was so lovely, kind and put my mind at ease about ectopic. I went to the ER on Saturday and they called me Monday to get me in for an ultrasound, urine and blood test. I also go here for my yearly and the doctors are lovely. Hannah W. was my surgical coordinator for a procedure scheduled by my Dr. from Advanced Obstetrics and Gynecology, LLC. She worked with me every step of the way, listened to my questions and mitigated my concerns. I have never met a more competent, friendly and amazing medical staff in my 30 years of life. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor’s exam (special shout out to Doctor Frys), blood draw, all the way to rebooking on my way out. I am so happy that I found this office. Thank you ladies, the last 2 years have been life changing

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Patricia Ardise. The visit felt rushed, and she was very short and impersonal throughout the appointment. I felt uncomfortable and as though she was frustrated that I was even there. The interaction came across as unprofessional and lacked the compassion you would expect, especially in women’s health. I did not feel heard or supported, and I will not be returning to this practice.

Will update my review after seeing a doctor. But just know that you can’t even talk to anyone about scheduling an appointment or what their availability is until they have processed your insurance through their billing team which takes at least 2-3 days. Very shocked that this is their standard practice and that you can’t even put a date on the calendar until then, rather than setting an appointment and reviewing billing details before the appointment.
