Hannah W. was my surgical coordinator for a procedure scheduled by my Dr. from Advanced Obstetrics and Gynecology, LLC. She worked with me every step of the way, listened to my questions and mitigated my concerns. She has genuine concern for her patients, is knowledgeable about details of procedures and was a pleasure to work with. 5🌟 for you, Hannah, across the board, and my heartfelt thank you!!

I have never met a more competent, friendly and amazing medical staff in my 30 years of life. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor’s exam (special shout out to Doctor Frys), blood draw, all the way to rebooking on my way out. I am so happy that I found this office. Thank you ladies, the last 2 years have been life changing

Will update my review after seeing a doctor. But just know that you can’t even talk to anyone about scheduling an appointment or what their availability is until they have processed your insurance through their billing team which takes at least 2-3 days. Very shocked that this is their standard practice and that you can’t even put a date on the calendar until then, rather than setting an appointment and reviewing billing details before the appointment. The phone staff/receptionist is the reason for the 1 star. I have had great experiences with every doctor I have seen at the practice as well as the nurses. I had my son sept 2024 and had to cancel both my 2 week check up and 6 week check up after scheduling them with a lady on the phone who I told I could only do Mondays/Tuesdays due to my husband's schedule. Would not recommend. I went for an IUD replacement. He was not able to do it "safely" and wanted to do it surgically which would have cost over 2000. I got a second opinion and there's nothing wrong with my cervix and I was able to have it inserted normally in office. Extremely disappointing!!! since I went to his office after hearing good things about him from coworkers. I will never go back and will drive an hour away just to go to a another doctor.
