I was super stressed and nervous leading up to my surgery especially since I have a very low tolerance for pain. But the team at Advanced Oral Surgery truly exceeded my expectations. This is the second time that I’ve had oral surgery at this facility. The fact that there was a second time needs that the first time went so well. I cannot applaud this business enough. At one point when I was having issues over a weekend, I texted one of the doctors in an emergency and he responded almost immediately – while at a family funeral. It’s never fun to have to be on the receiving end of oral surgery, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr. Edwards, Jessica, and team were outstanding from start to finish! They went above and beyond— with Dr. Edwards even speaking with me on a Sunday to make sure I had medication I needed to get through a long holiday weekend. He continued to check in for updates, which made me feel genuinely cared for and supported. Amazing experience from the minute we walked in the door. Front desk was kind and helpful. In an emergency situation fit us in and comforted my fears. Doctor’s assistant was warm and welcoming. Very informative and easing our fear and worry. Doctor Edwards was amazing. The real deal. My son is 14. He loved him. Made us feel very heard and he was so informed.
