This is the second time that I’ve had oral surgery at this facility. The fact that there was a second time needs that the first time went so well. I cannot applaud this business enough. At one point when I was having issues over a weekend, I texted one of the doctors in an emergency and he responded almost immediately – while at a family funeral. It’s never fun to have to be on the receiving end of oral surgery, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The desk ladies, dental tech, and doctor were all great! Friendly and competent for all three with the added plus of the tech and doc being more than thorough, explaining everything to me in great detail to a level I could understand. The tech was knowledgeable enough I thought he might be the doctor! And the doctor himself showed me the imaging in detail, explained the various treatment options I had along with the rationale for his recommendations. Dr. Edwards and his team of doctors, nurses and office personnel are exceptional at what they do. I’m very thankful to them for giving me a great treatment plan, quality care, and guidance throughout my time of need. I highly recommend Dr. Edwards and his practice especially if you’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable oral surgeon. The end result has been the best possible outcome one could ever hope for.
Dr Backeris is the best! Everyone at Advanced Oral Surgery was extremely professional and exemplified the highest standards of care. Dr Backeris explained everything in detail, we shared some laughs, and he made the surgery as painless as possible. Recovery has been very smooth. He knows his stuff and really cares.
I am expressing my appreciation to Dr. Jason Edwards, (Advanced Oral Surgery), for the excellent and compasionate care that he, Kelly, Cory and staff have afforded me during a difficult time. Caution, be careful biting into thick chocolate bars. I destroyed a bridge and tooth, which led to a root canal, tooth extration and bone reconstruction (graft).
