Dr. Edwards is fantastic. He is thorough and takes his time with his patients. He explains things well. He has a great “bedside manner” personality. The rest of the clinical staff is also a joy to work with. The office staff are all very helpful and pleasant. They are great with follow up regarding coordination of care.
Dr. Edwards and his team were outstanding and very professional. I felt like I was in great hands from the start to finish. I had a tooth removed as well as some hardware and I was beyond impressed with the way they took care of me. I also received probably the least painful IV from Mia, I didn’t even know she did it! After waking from the surgery the team helped me to the car and followed up to make sure I was okay later on. I would highly recommend them for someone who needs Oral Surgery.
They wouldn’t know my Google name but my last name is Alexander. Had a Friday afternoon tooth pain and Monday morning was at my dentist, Dr. Bernier who gave me bad news that not cavity but a broken root. No saving the tooth. First call, Dr. Jason Edwards, Valrico office. Nothing until Wednesday. Explained that my first grandchild was being induced Thursday. A very professional office, Dr Backeris is a wonderful person, great Dr. Went out of his way to help me, very caring person, very professional. The way he explained my situation was very well done. Him and his staff were all very caring. Very good experience. 5 stars
I have had so much trouble with my jaw due to shots that I was taking for my bones. Dr. Backeris was very knowledgeable about my condition. He had to pull a tooth and it healed so nicely. He kept up with my progress to make sure that I didn’t run into any problems. He has had to clean out the inside of my mouth due to bacteria twice, and he always checks to make sure he is not hurting me. I would recommend Dr. Backeris to anyone that needs an oral surgeon. He and his office staff are very nice and professional.
