I have had so much trouble with my jaw due to shots that I was taking for my bones. Dr. Backeris was very knowledgeable about my condition. He had to pull a tooth and it healed so nicely. He kept up with my progress to make sure that I didn’t run into any problems. He has had to clean out the inside of my mouth due to bacteria twice, and he always checks to make sure he is not hurting me. I would recommend Dr. Backeris to anyone that needs an oral surgeon. He and his office staff are very nice and professional.

I had a great experience at Advance Oral Surgery office in South Tampa. Dr. Thomas and the staff were very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated me with care and respect. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Dr. Edwards and his team were outstanding and very professional. I felt like I was in great hands from the start to finish. I had a tooth removed as well as some hardware and I was beyond impressed with the way they took care of me. I also received probably the least painful IV from Mia, I didn’t even know she did it! After waking from the surgery the team helped me to the car and followed up to make sure I was okay later on. I would highly recommend them for someone who needs Oral Surgery.

I can’t applaud Dr. Edwards and his team enough! I was really anxious about getting my wisdom tooth out, but every single member of the team was so professional, caring, and reassuring from the reception to the end of procedure. They explained everything clearly, kept me comfortable, and even managed to do the surgery the same day. I felt completely looked after, and my recovery was super quick which shows the level of care and skill they provide. Honestly, such an amazing team! Thank you all so much!

Raves for this great group of talented and compassionate people. At its head is Dr Jason Edwards an extraordinary and caring surgeon who responds to your questions even after hours. This group’s top priority is their patients. A special thank you to Karen Twible, their Surgical Manager, who went above and beyond when my sister fell ill after my surgery. She drove me home, bought me milk shakes and even walked my dog. What a group!!! I can highly recommend them.
